Format: Typically 1-2 sessions/month, plus an annual strategy workshop and optional support between. We start with a three-month foundation, then adjust the pace as needed.

Choose if: You want an effective, low-drama team that's on fire for your mission.  
Start with 1:1 executive coaching to focus in on your vision, strategy, mindset and skillset. Includes everything from LEAD.
Learn and grow alongside your team through in-depth trainings on communication and feedback to improve your collaboration and teamwork.
With my guidance, you'll use your new skills to design a strategy and plan, starting with the lead dominoes — things like internal communication channels, market positioning, or key partnerships.
Together, we'll work to integrate your learnings, ideas and strategy.

Format: A mix of 1:1 and group work spaced over several months. Cadence and scope are tailored to your needs; generally, you can expect 2-4 sessions/month between you and your team.

BUILD  

facilitation & team building
Navigate critical collaboration challenges or opportunities for collective impact.

Choose if: You're building a coalition, or helping disparate groups act together.
Start with 1:1 coaching for you, alongside scoping and mapping the landscape. We'll draft your goals and objectives, and create a rough strategy and plan for getting to your desired outcome.
We'll interview multi-stakeholder partners, collaborators and constituents, updating our strategy, mindset and plan as we learn.
Together, we'll design a series of facilitated workshops, team coaching sessions and/or trainings that build on each other.
If needed, we'll develop messaging or a report, framing strategic pillars and narratives, potential solutions and other key communications.
Format: Project-based and custom from the ground up. Built to support complex, cross-functional collaboration. May include long-term advisory.

*All new coaching engagements require a three-month commitment. Discounts available for longer term-commitments.
One-time trainings and other time-limited engagements available upon request.
