Announcing Clean in Montana 2026

December 15, 2025

Like keystone species do in an ecosystem, certain experiences have had an outsized influence in shaping my work.

Mountain rescue taught me to stay present when there is little to no margin for error. Journalism taught me to see systems and follow the thread until the truth emerges. Coaching and facilitation taught me how people actually grow — through clarity, courage, and being willing to try on a different perspective.

Clean Language is one of the few methods I’ve found that brings all of that together. It’s become a core part of how I help leaders and teams navigate complexity and collaborate in ways that actually create real change.

And one of the best teachers in the world, Caitlin Walker (PhD), is returning to Montana this spring to teach it.

Erin Randall and I are hosting because we want to create an opportunity to learn directly from Caitlin.

It’ll be three days of in-depth practice, real-time feedback, and the kind of learning that can change how you move through the world.
